“Unlimited pto is a blessing and curse. Overall good flexibility to manage your schedule as needed”
Twilio's benefits were very generous. The health insurance package was top notch.
Unlimited PTO, 401k match, phone stipend, Carrot Fertility and Benevity.
Great health, retirement, unlimited PTO, mat/pat leave, and stock benefits. Until recently, there were fantastic wellness and employee wellbeing benefits but they were slashed.
health insurance packages are the best

Unlimited PTO is great, and is encouraged to be used.
Great ESPP program. 15% of your paycheck and a look back period.
Medical coverage is great compared to other companies
Great insurance and perks; free lunch if you are in-office in SF. Other perks over the past few months have been taken away, but overall I would say the benefits package is still pretty competitive for tech; great parental leave
Best: 401k, ESPP, Health Insurance, Flexible Work From Home
good health insurance. Not so good 401K match
