Is anyone currently in the legal department (or any other department, really) at Twilio that is willing to DM with me? I have a phone call with the recruiter on Thursday and would really like to get my foot in the door! Also would love some interview tips. TIA!
Comprehensive coverage. Love the "company breaks" !
Health Insurance, 401K, wellness benefit, three annual paid company breaks
Contractor benefits through Target CW - not great benefits like full time employees (FTE's) get. No PTO, you do get paid overtime, but you will be asked to work a lot of overtime in order for scheduling metrics to be met. I also didn't even use the insurance offered (I just used COBRA to extend my previous insurance benefits) because it was expensive and not great.
Fertility benefits 10k/yr, 401k matching, ESPP, great healthcare, WFH stipend
Work from home is a great benefit
Benefits are great, stocks, 401k, ESPP, unlimited PTO, etc
