Company perks of note are: Catered daily lunch and drinks and snack foods are provided daily, Stock RSU's as part of yearly compensation, 401k. Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance, $75 dollar per month allotment for gym membership, Orca Card for use of local bus and train transportations.
Unlimited PTO. 3 meals per day. Health and dental. 401k matching, but Amazon's methodology leaves a little to be desired. No free prime membership or discounts on goods. 10% off yearly on up to $1000 in purchases.
unlimited vacation is pretty neat
Has all the benefits provided by Amazon, and then some site-specific ones. Insurance, 401k, free lunches/snack area. Also, unlimited PTO and Amazon discount.
The best thing is the discount on Amazon.
Unlimited PTO, Amazon Stocks, free lunch
The best thing is that it is really flexible. You have to ask several managers however because most of the internal wikis are outdated and onboarding is not very well executed. Full-time contractors don't have the same benefits package.
Great benefits. Perk programs have not been structured or managed to scale smoothly or equitably with growth of the company.
Best is free catered lunch. Worst is Health Insurance
They have medical, dental, and vision insurance. They have some % match 401k plan. Lots of free food, snack and drinks. A good variety between healthy and junk food.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
