Package is OK in turns of base salaries but the stock price fluctuates a lot and affect your package to a large extent
Over all Great benefits for employee
Even after 3 years I still miss Twitter's free gourmet breakfast, lunches, and snacks. Dinner was alright but no place to complain here when everything is 100% free.
Personal highlights: 401k options with matching, unlimited vacation, office food options and flexible work from home policy.
Gap between HQ and international offices
Best thing is, very comprehensive and a lot of support accessing/using benefits.
Great health and dental. Breakfast and lunch served every day. Fully stocked kitchens.
Best Perk: Umlimited Vacation Worst Perk: No Sabattical
Perks, health insurance, 401K were all excellent. They also do monthly reimbursements for your phone and gym.
Unlimited PTO, 401K match is very small at 1.5%, Maternity/Paternity (parental leave) is one of the best at 5month for all parents. Health care is pretty standard with a free option available. Monthly gym stipend of $80 is nice too.
