Excellent benefits and company perks
Awesome atomosphere, free food, lots of free training. Company is lost , it is hard to understand where you need to go. A lot of managers are very inexperienced and do not know how to steer the ship. Very VERY chatoic and ambigious enviroment. Lots of turn-over do not get attched to your co-workers.
Very Robust benefits package thats fits all lifestyles!
Benefits are better than average, but not extravagant. The in-office food is great, and may be my favorite perk.
I joined two years ago and each year, we lose more and more benefits and perks.
Extremely generous paternity leave policy (and very generous for moms as well); good health insurance; Vanguard 401(k) (low fees). No employer match for 401(k). Unlimited paid vacation policy is generous; teams work hard but individuals take good long breaks too.
Outstanding Parental leave program with 5+ months for both new mothers and fathers. This is an area where Twitter has really invested and it currently seems to match the top programs in the SF Bay Area.
Food was the best perk at Twitter.
I love the time off policy. It lets you take off as needed which is crucial to longetivity at the company. They recently cut culture, fitness, and food benefits which saddens me deeply.
Best: 20 weeks paternity/maternity leave. Worst: Puny 401k matching.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
