Perks, health insurance, 401K were all excellent. They also do monthly reimbursements for your phone and gym.
Unlimited PTO, 401K match is very small at 1.5%, Maternity/Paternity (parental leave) is one of the best at 5month for all parents. Health care is pretty standard with a free option available. Monthly gym stipend of $80 is nice too.
Pros: food, work life balance, great brand, good work, awesome engineers Cons: Too much politics at middle and lower level management
Comp at Twitter has historically been below market averages but I think this improved over the years. Health and other benefits are excellent. Great medical coverage and amazing parental leave (20 weeks fully paid for all parents).
Great perks - lunch, classes, Alist guest, RSUs!
Work from good, great PTO (above average) flexible work schedules, free breakfast and lunch, tons of free onsite snacks, treats, smoothie and juice bar, coffee bar, boba bar and constant pop-up guests and events taking place with guest speakers.
Great Parental Leave Insurance cost has gone up every year low 401k matching
Maternity and paternity leave! Duration of the pregnancy is supported for both partners which is why I love Twitter.
For a first full-time job, I felt taken care of and comfortable. Between saving money on meals every day, help with my work-related expenses, and wellness benefits, it really felt like the company cared not only about my well-being, but the well-being of our local communities.
Best: When you do the math on the food it is $7K+/year, the Maternity/Paternity is 5 months. Worst: No mifi cards for Sales Reps. Have to expense overages on cell phone, which is annoying .
