Premium Dental, Premium Vision upgrades (which increase coverage) is literally a few dollars extra per paycheck.

The 401k match is not significant compared to the industry. The food is free and the company has its own kitchens.

    Bad 401k plans and match.

Awesome atomosphere, free food, lots of free training. Company is lost , it is hard to understand where you need to go. A lot of managers are very inexperienced and do not know how to steer the ship. Very VERY chatoic and ambigious enviroment. Lots of turn-over do not get attched to your co-workers.

Benefits are better than average, but not extravagant. The in-office food is great, and may be my favorite perk.

I joined two years ago and each year, we lose more and more benefits and perks.

Extremely generous paternity leave policy (and very generous for moms as well); good health insurance; Vanguard 401(k) (low fees). No employer match for 401(k). Unlimited paid vacation policy is generous; teams work hard but individuals take good long breaks too.
