Pros: There are benefits, although what is offered could be improved upon and would help keep employees who like the company but can't afford to stay. Cons: No matching on 401K; expensive, limited healthcare policies; two weeks vacation per year until year 10; 6 days total per year to be used for sick or personal days (lots of sick employees showing up to work so they don't have to take unpaid days off); summer hours are earned by working longer days the rest of the week; employees must clock in, although overtime goes unnoticed.
