    There were no cons regarding benefits at Tyco. Time off earned starting from day one. Of course all the 401K and profit sharing etc. Monday-Friday work week. 40 hours a week minimum. Affordable, quality health insurance and dental. Paid major holidays.

    401k match where you contribute 1% and they give you 5%! Also dental was very inexpensive
