    annual physical that deposits 500 into your health savings account for use in copay and such but sometimes its hard to pick which plan

    It is average. JCI is a large corporation, so you do benefit from the sheer size of working at a Fortune 500 company and the benefits that their shear size provided.

    I never used too much time off, as I was more often than not too busy to use it. What few times I did, I had no issues.
