  • Health Insurance(42 comments)

Average. Keep in mind that they deduct from your monthly paycheck for the company car. So in reality you get a gas card, but you pay the lease payment for the company vehicle.

  • 401K Plan(26 comments)

It is average. JCI is a large corporation, so you do benefit from the sheer size of working at a Fortune 500 company and the benefits that their shear size provided.

  • Vacation & Paid Time Off(17 comments)

I never used too much time off, as I was more often than not too busy to use it. What few times I did, I had no issues.

Former Commercial Sales Representative in Doraville, Georgia

You get a company car. However, without a company car, you could not afford to make sales calls and live off of the poverty level salary that they pay you.

The Company offered a competitive and progressive benefit program. There was a strong focus on wellness. The Benefits Program was well managed and enabled a positive employee experience.

The benefits were OK. The 401k matching was the best - 100% match up to 5%.

After being acquired by Johnson Controls, the medical benefits cost more out of pocket. Tbe 401k match now has more stipulations and they dont do matching unless certain criteria are met.

There were no cons regarding benefits at Tyco. Time off earned starting from day one. Of course all the 401K and profit sharing etc. Monday-Friday work week. 40 hours a week minimum. Affordable, quality health insurance and dental. Paid major holidays.

The benefits were really good. What little I did need to utilize, cost me very little to nothing out of pocket. The benefits were quite comparable (in the positive) to what I have had in the past.
