“I would say the monthly cause was mid range compared to other jobs I’ve had and I had instances were prescriptions weren’t covered that were covered...”

  • 401K Plan  (24 comments)

“As I have had with other jobs, the 401k was very beneficial to have. A very worthy investment indeed.”

  • Vacation & Paid Time Off  (17 comments)

“I never used too much time off, as I was more often than not too busy to use it. What few times I did, I had no issues.”

The benefits were OK. The 401k matching was the best - 100% match up to 5%.

After being acquired by Johnson Controls, the medical benefits cost more out of pocket. Tbe 401k match now has more stipulations and they dont do matching unless certain criteria are met.

There were no cons regarding benefits at Tyco. Time off earned starting from day one. Of course all the 401K and profit sharing etc. Monday-Friday work week. 40 hours a week minimum. Affordable, quality health insurance and dental. Paid major holidays.

The benefits were really good. What little I did need to utilize, cost me very little to nothing out of pocket. The benefits were quite comparable (in the positive) to what I have had in the past.
