The benefits are great - no complaints
People is the best of the company
It's competitive and there's a lot of flexibility.
Insurance seems like the sort of thing that would skyrocket, but over the last several years, it has not been so bad. Employer match on 401(k) could be better. Occasional work-from-home is nice, too.
The way you accrue PTO. You must accrue it from the Jan 1st - okay that's fine. But then you must use by December 31st each year or else you lose it. And if you leave and have taken a little more time off than what you were able to accrue in that time period, then it gets taken out of your last paycheck.
Excellent HR support for benefits.
The best is the work location, and you can get company's funding on your education after you worked more than 1-2 years. The worst is the rate is lower than other companies in the industry.
Benefits package is very competitive for the market. Ease with open enrollment process. I actually prefer the "use or lose" PTO policy as it forces me to take time away for self care.
This place is one of the most amazing places I've ever worked.
Great benefits for single, married, or families. The only downside is how expensive the premiums are compared to premiums I have had in the past. But, you also are getting quality coverage at the expensive premium cost.
