“No HMO offering for employees only Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO programs offered. No extra Vision coverage.”
“Manage by Fidelity Investment services”
“Use it or lose it! I hope they start putting employees first and change this policy. Not sure how any employer sleeps at night taking away earned vacation time from an employee who preferred working over taking time off. ”
Benefits are great. Great time off.
Parental leave is lacking. The HR benefits team should review what the is the current industry standard for software/tech companies and try to revamp the existing benefits currently offered.
Benefits are ok not the best
Good: Amount of time off
Great Health Insurance from day 1 of employment. However no HSA. But the coverage was very good for the packages provided
Good benefits...high deductable plans, but offer a few deductable levels
Good: The insurance is pretty good compared to what most get. WFH is available on a per-team basis, but almost all teams allow it for a short period of time. Dislike: The amount of vacation days is sub-par for the industry. You get 15 vacation days for the entire year. After 5 years (no early exemptions) you get 20 vacation days. After an additional 5 years (10 total) you get 25 vacation days and that is where it maxes out. You get 5 sick days no matter who you are. Vacation days do NOT carry over year-to-year, so many employees take a lot of time off at the end of the year. "Use it or lose it" policy is ridiculous. Bad: The 401k matching is bad. They match up to 6% of your contribution which is weak for the area.
Below standard pay, use it or lose it vacation policy.
I love having a free fitness center available 24/7 and delicious/affordable food in the onsite cafe. Other benefits are medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD, FSA, HSA.
Just ok. Nothing special
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
