Vacation/sick time and the monthly bonus was great when you could obtain it.
Underpaid software developer. Only 10 PTO days. 10 sick days. 0% 401k Match. No yearly bonus. Only perks was we got 2 WFH day.
Unless you are full time (which most employees are not) the only offer vision insurance and life insurance but no health or 401K
Most benefits are only given to full time employees and every employees besides managers or hitch pros are part time employees
Great training programs. They truest take the time to ensure employees understand the processes they are sacked to perform.
They only give benefits and bonuses to GM's which more than half don't deserve it due to laziness. Most CSR's work harder than manager which again not right that CSR's get nothing and managers get everything.
Health insurance 100% company paid
Benefits will only cover about %10 of you medical bills. its more of a joke that they actually mail you out a benefits card for that much coverage, why even bother?
