Good benefits package that include a fitness membership discount and reimbursement. There are strict nicotine and weight restrictions that add costs to your insurance. They do have perks for weight loss and quitting smoking. The free legal advice was an added plus that was recently added. They recently started various programs including farmers markets and food trucks.
401k has NO matching which is a huge turn off for me. Other than that, medical and dental is basically the default as you would expect from any other employee. Nothing crazy here but it will do.
Great healthcare options for my family
HSA: Is pretty great. When you have at least $2k, you can invest that the amount over that, tax-free, via the HSA website. There are various indexes, stocks and other funds you can select. They have a few options from novice to DIY. Insurance: "Fat Tax"... Since the bill is foot for the Full Time employees (spouse's are extra), you are charged on each paycheck if you are over 30 BMI. I do not recall about the Nicotine fee, but there is a fee also if you do that. They do pay it back per pound you lose and will waive the fee if you have lost a certain % amount.
Far from great. Not a great place place to work if you intend to take care of yourself or family when it comes to medical, dental, or vision.
Not sure. Not eligible at this point. .............
