    good amounts of vacation and sick time it just might be hard to take it esp in a specialty department because there is not much opportunity, there are only so many hours a day and if they are already gone oh well

    Employees that had been around a long time had learned the ropes of how to get every good weekend off and most of the holidays, if your knew you cannot have the time off that you want unless it's a random time.

    Vacation time is scheduled at least a month in advance, and the management team will work with you on any conflicts. Quotas are adjusted when vacation is taken to alleviate sales pressure a bit.

    The amount of time they provided wasn't bad. I just remember never truly being on vacation due to someone always needing something including other leaders who knew you were out on vacation.
