Start with 2 weeks and up to 4 weeks after 10 years. 5 personal days 5 holidays.
You get a very decent amount of vacation and paid time off which makes it easier to separate life from work. As you work for the company longer, you get more vacation. The only downfall is that it is almost impossible to get a day off when you run out of time, but this is the kind of industry that happens in.
You are given personal hours to use, sick time, and vacation time. The only issue is most of the hours have to be used in pieces and parts, as it is very difficult to get a week off at a time, and never 2 weeks, plus you have to choose it at fist of year, no plans can be spontaneous and no last minute events.
Vacation was pretty standard increasing at intervals until 10 year anniversary.
2 weeks after your 1st 90 days of employment. 3 weeks after 5 years
Vacation extends to full time and part time employees, starts at two weeks available to take after first 90 days, full time has two weeks vacation plus one week of personal and one week of sick time available paid, can roll over up to 40 hours of vacation from one calendar year to the next.
I got a week paid vacation my first year and it rolled over to the next.
Great benefits for time off but downside is afraid to take it and be say from the store
Plenty of sick time, personal holiday, and vacation time!
BEST: Paid Vacation available to both part and full-time. WORST: No paid holidays for part-time.
