Everything, you just have to take the time and look over your coverage for the area in which you live, most of their dental insurances have no out of pocket for cleanings twice a year and you get to take the insurance with you when you retire at a great price. The retirement plan matches you dollar for dollar up to 5% and they still at an extra 1% to a retirement plan for you separately.

Matching 401(K) up to 5%; good health plan and life insurance policy; vested relatively quickly; easily transferable to other federal agencies

Best: TSP is a great low-cost retirement investment option.

With it being the Federal Gov't, the benefits are awesome especially insurance prices (medical and dental). Also great retirement matching program

The staff is outstanding. The experience and knowledge gain is amazing. The salaries have not been adjusted for inflation in 20+ years and are unliveable.

The health insurance is good, it was better several years ago. I would still say it is a good benefit. Dental is awesome. The retirement package is nice, it consists of TSP and pension. The pension is taken out automatically. You decide how much to put into TSP. The agency matches it dollar for dollar up to 5%. You're vested after 3 years.

Health insurance was out of this world. Super affordable and made my long-term medication super cheap Sick leave and annual leave accrues 4 hours ever 2 weeks and you can pick 6 weeks vacation for the year in October. You are not required to take the vacation though.

You can retire early, but you can't touch your money until you're 59 and a half
