StarStarStarStarStar Former Security Officer in San Jose, California

training was nice. based on the different sites they put you at can really determine your experience though. I've had sites where they are very warm welcoming and team oriented. but also have been to other more closed off and less social sites.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Account Manager in Manchester, New Hampshire

Online based training can be done from the comfort of home. not very mobile phone friendly system, however an app does exit but it is very glitchy. This is mandatory training that takes several hours and the company does not compensate for the time dedicated to it.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Public Safety Dispatcher in Normal, Illinois

You have Officers with No training on this job or even know how to handle a radio, the training they receive is by first shift supervisor that has no security knowledge. Has no clue how to do her job correctly.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Security Officer in Memphis, Tennessee

They offer training and yet you still aren't properly trained to work at your assigned post. Half of the time the site supervisor doesn't even know how to do the job properly.
