the benefits are industry standard
At the start you get a week of vaca, personal and sick time within 30 days. Benefits are available the first day.
They have an excellent college reimbursement program
They are really high. I was paying 126.00 a week at first than it went up to 137.00 took me by surprise. I will say that having it was amazing though. I had blue cross blue shield and it cover a lot.
The benefits package is the full package.
Love the HSA account. Allows to pay for services without paying first and waiting for reimbursement
No good 401k match. Okay benefits, but not great. Pay was below average, terrible leadership
There is no benefits packagefor LP's or Owner Ops.
It is expensive for a family
Just like with any other company the benefits costs continued to increase whil I was employed, but compared to some other companies the options are pretty decent.
