They have really good health benefits that don’t cost a lot
401k is offered to part time along with full time. PTO is only offered for full time, no medical or dental for part time either.
The health insurance is expensive when adding any additional family members.
Everything is basically middle of the road, not great, not good.
Pretty standard benefits package.
Needs better health insurance premiums for family plans.
Best thing is you get a free pair of shoes after 90 days, no maximum on the price of the shoes either, the in store and online discount is a very nice discount, and there are other stores that employees get a discount as well.
It's not terrible for one person but if you need benefits for your whole family I wouldn't suggest using theirs, it is VERY expensive.
Benefits are pretty standard for full time employees - medical (company pays some), dental (company pays some), vision (you pay it all), 401(k) with decent match; PTO time that accrues; online training. Not many volunteer opportunities outside of work. No flex time or working from home.
401(k) match, free parking, charity involvement, paid time off. About 2 weeks after the first year. One week the first year. No raises or bonuses.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
