UBS offers paid vacation time off however you must be open when the market is open so there is no office holiday closing and someone from your team must be present in your office at the time to service clients. This in turn hinders the ability to WFH.

This is a best part. there is paid vacation at the end of the year for 1 week. but it extend after years. You don't get double pay if you work on your vacation time. so don't waste it. go and enjoy!
