Very generous. Unlimited sick time unless over 5 days absence, then need to go through short term disability.
Basically anyone starts with a minimum of 10 days off plus holidays. I get 20 days off.

Vacation policy (plus other paid time off) is competitive with the top tier banking firms. If you are an officer, you start with 20 vacation days/year which is more than most US companies. Plus you get 1 floating holiday, 2 personal days and 2 family care days. also if you are sick the sick days don't count against your vacation days.
Best have volunteer days where you get to go volunteer in the community and it wont count as a day off Worst volunteer days are usually far out of the city. Note to organizers have more in and around the office
