Good health benefits, good sport facility
Health benefits from the school
Pay can be good didn’t like that contribution to the 401K was required
Great benefits and health insurance coverage.

Fair and reasonable benefits package. However, paid parental leave is terrible (1 month). A minimum of 6-mo leave (can be at reduced pay) is needed to adequately care for children. A person should not have to choose between career and childbirth, but this policy in effect promotes delaying or limiting family growth.

Cheap health insurance is good
It's affordable even when adding dependents.
