No benefits since it was a part time position working as a student. Heard full time benefits are terrible as well.
Its the best that you can find around with plenty of choices to choose from . there is even pet insurance.

the health coverage, PTO, sick leave are all great. No 401k match though. UCSD also has employee assistance programs, and provides resources for business as well as personal travel.
Pros: pension, health benefits, life insurance, disability benefits. Cons: poor management, poor staffing, low morale among staff, pay for parking, union imposed policies, no union contracts, constant striking.
