While the healthcare benefits are great, the salary for the rank and file is very low. You do not qualify for vacation until you complete your 6 month probation which can be stressful if you lack support and training.

Personally, this has been great for me, but the situation with PTOs really depend on your specific supervisor. For me, scheduling and managing PTOs has never been a problem with my supervisor and has been quite flexible.

Vacation and paid time off are self-directed so not much to say here. You work as much as you need to.

It contemplates 24 days of paid vacation per year plus bank holidays!

This seems very fair. You get almost all the holidays off and the PTO time is a bit more generous than usual but the sick time allowances are a bit less. Comme-ci. Comme-ca.
