Our Benefits

UCHealth offers a comprehensive benefit package to our full-time and part-time employees. Benefits begin the first day of the month following start date. Costs depend on the plans, employee status and the levels of coverage selected.

  • In addition to other benefit choices, UCHealth offers a high deductible plan for $0 for full-time employees and families.
  • Pension plan, fully funded by UCHealth, that is 100% vested after 5 years of employment.
  • Annual performance bonus for all employees.
  • RN Night Shift Incentive Program; in addition to night shift differential pay (for eligible full-time acute care nurses)

Not enough PTO AT ALL!!! Doesn't matter if you get in an accident or extremely sick, you have to chance it and go to work anyway in the case that something worse than that could happen that you absolutely 100% could not come to work so that you have PTO available for sick call out. And PTO has to be put in like 3-4 months in advance which sometimes you can't possibly plan for. Can be hard to find providers in network.

The 403b match is an abysmal 3% but somewhat offset by a pension. PTO is actually the 2nd best among Colorado hospitals. No cost high deductible insurance for full time employees.
