“Great time off especially the longer you are there.”
“No monthly cost for high deductible if you are a non smoker”
“Longer you are there the better the retirement is”
Extensive benefits package including a pension
The benefits at UC Health are great! Medical benefits have been a life saver for my large family. Overall a great place to work.
Good Benefits - You do have to stay mostly within UChealth for it to be affordable. I like that you are able to see all your benefits and how much you are actually worth within UCHealth + your years of employment
Pretty good benefits, but could be a lot better.
Amazing benefits. Good PTO accrual, work/life balance, cheap health insurance with good coverage, good dental, good vision. Only down fall is they won't approve night shift differential for freestanding ER when the rest of the locations receive night shift diff.
Health insurance, 401K, PTO. Not very generous first year.
Benefits at UCHealth are fantastic!
Better than average but not great. Only 3% match and no contribution to social security. The pension plan is in lieu of social security. But pension plans are rare anyhow.
The medical benefits are terrific and you have access to top notch experts in every speciality. The PTO is limited and no sick leave is offered; exempt employees are required to use PTO on holidays. No maternity leave benefits are offered.
monthly premiums increased in the new fy i think benefits didn't change except dental
