The health insurance plans I was offered were outstanding and I was able to get care from top doctors at UCLA
You get almost zero benefits. The largest perk was all-inclusive health insurance and access to the campus' vast resources. No complete dental, no retirement, no time off, etc.

There are multiple medical care plans to choose from, and vision and dental is free. There is even a faculty dental practice on campus should you choose to use it. There are 13 paid holidays through the year, as well as one week sick pay, and 2 weeks vacation. There is also optional items such as life insurance and legal insurance as well.

Tuition Assistance is not available unless someone finds a loophole. The only tuition reimbursement is for professional development which does not fulfill a degree requirement.
