They have United Health Care as their provider. The single cost was about $50 a month for Health, Dental, and Vision. They matched 50% for a 401K contribution. End of year bonus was based on department costs and over/under budget. The average bonus was 4500-6500.
Management flexibility and paid time off are great. Career development and management training is also a plus. Discounted housing even if you live at a sister property.
Health Insurance was great. The bonuses and rewards for doing excellence were nice with free trips rewarded. Short term disability for being injured on job was not adequate.
