    I like earning the paid time off its a great motivator and keeps everyone on their toes in regard to work ethics and proving themselves worthy of thie positions

    Never had any problems submitting time off. Vacation time tops off at 160hrs, and doesn't accumulate anymore after that.

    Poor. Vacation days do NOT roll over and, since most properties are short-handed, there's no one to cover your vacations, so you might as well not take one, since you will be given grief, for even taking one weekend off.
