Health Insurance is cheap but with high deductibles. Great work life balance. Work from home when needed.
Be wary - lots of shifting with the organization leaving those without real skill sets besides stealing credit or steamrolling others scared. Never had a problem or negative review for over a year and a half and then, all of a sudden, a manager started gossiping about my work with no real proof or ways to rectify what couldn’t even be indentified. That’s when I was shown the door. Just know that bosses won’t really have your back either. The two stars are because I got to work on a lot of different projects and and see some interesting stuff like the fire laboratory.
401k they match up to 6% that’s pretty generous
Good match on 401(k) plan, average health care and other benefits, overall a pretty standard package of benefits for a company of this size.
Average health care costs but they offered both BCBS and UHC. The 401K match was not very generous but they did vest 100% right away. Worst part was very little vacation time for the first year. Be sure to negotiate vacation time with your total pay.
