Overall benefits are good - unlimited vacation days, 401k match rate and good network for health insurance Dental coverage is not as extensive.
Unlimited time off, holidays off, benefits are pretty good but a little higher out-of-pockets than some of my previous employers. Covers health, dental, eye, 401 Ks, etc
18 paid leaves , discounts for few gyms , Starbucks . Worst thing is no food provided
Benefits package is very good in terms of discretionary time off, healthcare coverage and 6 month maternity leave/6 week paternity leave
Past 3 people it gets kind of pricey. But it has solid coverage.
They have pretty good benefits. 6 months Maternity leave but must be an employee for more than 3 years. 401K options, Health benefits
Fabulous benefits Med campus is lovely
- Unlimited PTO - Encourages working from home
When I started there was no overtime for assistants, that changed but as a senior associate you work very long hours on a low salary
Pros: many benefits Cons: too much contribution to gain them all
