Medical benefits are expensive and are very poor quality. The health insurance company is run by the state of Mass and is not user friendly or patient friendly. Other benefits like dental and retirement are actually pretty great. Paid time off is also great.

The worst thing about the plans was that it did not take effect until 3 months in. A good thing about it is the amount of options of coverages available.

Health Insurance is better than most. It has some good options not all are cheap but you have options. The rest of the benefits are extremely good including vacation time.

Paid vacation time can be rolled over to 240 Hours. Separate sick time with opportunity to roll over. Expensive Health insurance options.
