Health Insurance is better than most. It has some good options not all are cheap but you have options. The rest of the benefits are extremely good including vacation time.

Every employee gets 2 days paid personal time/year. Each pay period (2 weeks) you earn 6.15 hours of vacation time. Paid sick time. Health insurance is incredibly affordable ($100-$150/month in premiums) and you have an amazing range of options to choose from (insurance companies), and they all have the same benefit packages, more or less (regulated through the state's Group Insurance Commission).

10 vacation days, 2 personal days, and 10 holidays. Many options for health insurance but expensive. VSP for vision and Cigna for dental.

They provide free dental insurance. Of course you have options to have dental insurance with more coverage. In the case of health insurance, there are not many options.

Healthcare is provided with your student stipend. Anything you need is right on campus and you will typically be seen within 1-3 days.

Human resources failed to enroll me in dental benefits - I did not find this out until I called the insurer looking to find my policy number myself.

It would be nice if we could have employer matching of some sort for the 403(b) plan.

Health insurance is ok, dental insurance is horrible. No 401K.
