    Benefits are relatively good for FT faculty. Health insurance premiums are risking, but these are controlled by the state, so the university does not have much control over that. Employees who earn time off don't have time to take it.

    Good benefits, health, dental, retirement with matching from state and transferrable to other state agencies. Offer supplemental insurance as well for low prices, life insurance for employee and family.

    It's a competitive research environment. Although there are some professor which are hard to work with, most of the advisers supervise the research of their students efficiently.
