Health care benefits at UNC are amazing. PTO is also amazing. as a start out employee you are granted 300 hours per year and every 5 years this PTO amount increases

Great medical, vision, and dental benefits. They even reimburse you for your medical benefits. Some people say that it is expensive.

Good comprehensive health care package along with organization wide benefits through partnerships with various companies. Including employee discount through local businesses.

Generous PTO, good insurance if you're single. It can be difficult to use the PTO you earn.

The best thing about the benefits at UNC Health Care is the 401k. Other than that benefits are ok.

The health insurance is the state health plan and it's pretty minimal and was once free but if you want anything above 70/30 you have to pay. It's insurance, but co-pays are high.

Just increased the cost of health, vision and dental. Eliminated the HSA health plan, which was the cheapest. Pension plan is ending this year. Cost of insurance is company supplemented, so it is cheaper than many. Great PTO plan.
