The benefits are comprehensive and good quality. The exception is vision, which can be improved greatly.
The benefits package is very generous. The 403 (b) match up to 4 % plus additional gift of 4% helps people at all levels start or continue their savings. Also, for what insurance actually costs, the employee contribution for individual plan is reasonable. There are other perks too like an Employee Assistance Program, corporate discounts, and more.
The health insurance is really good, but I think that's going to get an increase soon. Unfortunately and ironically, it's a nightmare to work here as a working mother, although it depends on your department. A lot of perks are based on who likes you and who you report to.
