The benefits package at Unilife Medical Solutions is fair. It has health insurance(includes dental and vision insurance), 401k and additional life insurance.
The health insurance plan is classified at something like Platinum Plus. The 401K is kind of typical but but they have what I would call a slightly accelerated rate at becoming vested. Perhaps they can do that because you'll be laid off before you hit your two or three year mark. They don't officially track vacation, but you feel like you deserve way more than you'll take because of the amount of hours that you have to work there. You get no official sick leave either, but you just take what you need and hope no one holds it against you.
Free lunch ever day, including breakfast and sometimes dinner. Comprehensive insurance. 401K matching. Almost every travel expense can be reimbursed. The job requires you to drive between the York and KOP locations, but they cover mileage, tolls and gas. High salaries and stock options. No bonuses though, unless you're in the A team. Pet friendly office if you are a VP. Don't even think about bringing other than your pet's picture if you're just a mortal.
