ther was no 401k it was a part time
There is a 401k plan, which is awesome. UPS matches up to a percent, but you have to be employed there for a few years before it is vested. So if you leave before it is vested... no company match.
Employer matches contributions up to a point.
The 401k Plan with UPS was easy to keep track of and simple to navigate when making adjustments to your plan or account.
You Put in a ton of money, they will match you 100% up to a certain percentage
Available after 6 months
They did not offer one.
It's great for management because UPS gives a 3% match.
Was a good additiOn to company
Fantastic 401K you get to save up you get to also take borrow money out of your 401k and the worst thing about 401k is when I left the company I wasn't able to get all that time I was employed there to get my 401k.
