Current and former employees report that UPS Airlines provides the following benefits. It may not be complete.

As a cargo handler, working 12 hour days is almost the norm when trying to fill the airplane to make your flight go FULL! The benefits package is the best I've ever had. Hospitalization and ER visits to the dentist, all covered with low to NO deductibles and your child dependants covered to age 26.
Not great but not bad.
The best: unlimited sick days; worst - vacation policy is pretty restrictive: you get 10 days PTO for the first 5 years; another 5 days after 10 years of service; another 5 days off after 20 years of service (for the total of 20 days of vacation... yikes). Some complain about the retirement package - UPS no longer provides pension plans, and just recently nixed the pension growth for the "old-timers" - in 2022, their pension benefit will be frozen at their salary level as of Jan 1 2022 (there were a lot of tears about that).
the best thing about the benefits is the medical plan the worst thing is that the 401k does not match
Health insurance and 401k match up to 3.5%. No more bonuses. They are all about profits for their shareholder and not their employees.
The health insurance keeps getting more expensive every year.
