    I couldn't tell you much about the retirement plan cause I'm still working there but some guys go crazy after retiring from this place and some guys have a sense of relief. I don't honestly know how well they take care of you.

    Knowing right at the start from the interview process that you can retire in 20 years is a HUGE accomplishment and can give ease to those who are on a "time crunch" and are wanting to know when they can relax and retire and be stable for themselves and their family.

    401(k) matches 5%, pensions were eliminated about a year ago which is what was keeping me there. Has gone down hill from years before.

    Voya provided several options for investing for retirement where you select your percentage to contribute.

    The retirement plan is ending (for management employees) in 2022.. New hires are not going to be fully vested by then, I am unsure if they would get a partial pension. But with the 401k, the company still provides good opportunity to save.
