Comprehensive benefits that the organization does its best to keep at a reasonable cost.
Health insurance & 401k were adequate. Pre-tax commuter benefits were a nice plus. Above-average PTO days with lots of religious holidays sprinkled in, which helped offset some late nights in the office.
Great amount of vacation and sick leave plus Jewish holidays. Paid time-off for maternity/paternity leave.
Very generous amount of paid time off, retirement plan matching, ability to work from home, paid parental leave, employee discounts, multiple medical and dental plan choices.
Excellent benefits package, but can be difficult to understand how to best take advantage of it.
Benefits start day one which was very helpful for my family and I.
The worst thing is the Co-Pay you pay more out of pocket expenses.
Best - All the Jewish holidays off, plus vacation time. HR really does try to provide good benefits, even though they can't always pull it off. Worst - the health insurance kept getting worse every year.
it's awful; benefits are better almost anywhere else
