Health Insurance premiums were very favorable and the 401K % match was median. The options with the 401K were somewhat mediocre. There was a change of host (to Fidelity) in 2012.
The 401(K) match is very small.
It was a fair benefits package.
The best is that they match the 401K. The worst is the personal time they gave you.

I loved the scenery change. I worked on site, from home, and from the Chantilly office. I had wonderful department heads and really enjoyed the multiple challenges and positions I was promoted to. I had a great relationship with both my co-workers and my customers.
HSA option allows you to save some money if you are fairly healthy. Not a lot of paid holidays, and not a lot of vacation days accrue annually (two weeks per year)
