The US Air Force provides health, dental, and vision coverage for a small fee per month.
While health care costs have raised over 1000% in the last couple of decades, member payments have increased less than 100% , resulting in extremely low costs for an incredible breadth and depth of coverage.
Generally good medical coverage. I have had to go to civilian doctors when the military doctors were stumped.
Good referral process occasional hard to get in a primary provider
The heath care is great however when you are at a small base there is usually a small clinic with little immediate availability.
Military healthcare is really hit and miss, it depends on the doctor.

Tricare sucks as a healthcare plan. There are worse plans out there in the civilian world, but not many.
