    You have the flexibility to rack up an extra three days of hours to use for vacation and basically are able to vacation at your leisure, around the production schedule.

    You get Columbus Day off, but not the Friday after Thanksgiving. Dumb.

    Unlimited sick leave. 30 days (max) annual leave. After a few years it is inferior to priv. sector but at the beginning it is nice. They let you take leave whenever you feel like. No issues.
