Some of the systems don't work very well from home, but having the option to work from home in combination with the flexible hours cannot be beat.

If you can swing it, this one isn't too bad. It's dumb to cramb everyone in an office for 365 days a year.

You can work at home 2x a week. And depending on your office you can move the days around. Also core hours are Tues-Thurs from 10-2:30.

They say you need an year to telework but actually only employees with over 5 years history could telework. They will lie to you to just stay there and they wont let you.
