There are many different training classes you can take from SAS programming classes to Project Management courses. Some are expected, some you can just apply for.
its common knowledge that its there, but it doesn't set you on a path for advancement. The training is there for our knowledge, that's it.
I quite liked their job training. It was straightforward and no-nonsense, thorough without being unnecessarily confusing. Also, it was a great way to learn about the area.
Paid training. They pay your airline ticket and they will reimburse your expenses.
The training was easy, a group of around 30 people were in the room and a presentation was given to us. Training was paid for with double the amount normally. So I got 22$ an hour for this job, but during training, i received 44$ an hour.
They read a script & expect you to learn it on your own. Other clerks may help you but if your hurting their stats with all your questions, they eventually will tune you out. Supervisors act like they are too busy & can't be bothered.
