The best thing was the money you could put aside in PayFlex benefits. I finally needed to use it and it was great to have it waiting there.
It's the usual Sha-bang. Health and Dental and 401k kicks in after 3 months. However, because it's public sector, the benefits are far better than private

The worst thing was they didnt train or tell me how to get benifits thwy told mw to figure it out on my own. No orientation packet was given nothing. Absolutely had no one offer to give me the insurance information they said to figure it out on my own.
