    High three years of salary x 1.7% x years of service up to 20, years. years of service after 20 years x 1%.....add together and this is annual annuity (pension) not including 401K and Soc Sec

    The federal government matches your contributions to your retirement plan generously. I have never had a problem while working at U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
