Best is Health, dental vision however you pay your expensive share it's not free. Life insurance. You opt. to contribute towards a 401K (TSP) matching is low only 5% Trump is looking into future legislation to make it less also in cutting down retirement benefits. Any family leave comes out of your own time off saved. Remember Feds give nothing for free on all these benefits, you get what you contribute towards your retirement what you get paid. More reason why important to be mindful when you vote for your country your future & family!

Health insurance, TSP, good pay and job security for the most part. Promotions are few because you have to apply to another job to get a higher pay band.
