Good health insurance, 401K plan and retirement package
I used GEHA. GEHA was amazing to work with.
Insurance choices are good but are costly. Optional dental and vision can be purchased along with life insurance. Sick leave and vacation time are earned each 2 weeks and can be saved/used as you like. But if you need maternity, funeral leave etc.. thats what you have to use to get paid. No child care assistance. 401K is good the retirement pension is pretty crappy but its something. There are telework and flex schedules available but they are at the supervisors discretion so if they don't like you you will never get one.
Its alright I guess. Nothing special but not missing anything important. You could do better or worse in private industry, but you'd likely have a wider range of choices.
As seasonal you can now receive health insurance for the few months you are employed. You can also earn sick and annual leave.
TSP matching contributions, health benefits, and multiple other benefits.
No deductible but there was very little dental or vision available that was affordable
There was not a benefits package.
Health insurance was decent I was told
Health insurance, great people, good work/life balance, nice programs. Lack of new people coming in (and those that are "new" tend to be a long time federal worker already) and slow to change.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
