Great benefits with the federal government
They have great health insurance benefits and an excellent IRA plan (Thrift Savings), as well as long term care insurance options.
20 days of paid R&R per year if you've a military veteran and/or prior Federal employee with 6+ years of service.
Teleworking 2 days a week. The downside is that the telework is inconsistent due to rules around being in the office during month end and year end close.
Great benefits all around!
Health & Dental. Great vacation and sick days for doctors and dentist appointments. Wonderful work schedule and transit subsidy if you take public transportation.
