navy medicine is a joke and is terrible
yes 100% full time at work or at home.
The on-site health care program helpful and efficient.
It's good but also sad cause sometimes enlisted people write your prescriptions and worst part is they do some of your medical screenings. Not good

Yes, almost every base, ship, or camp has health care co-located. Usually a Corpsman or Doctor in the unit assigned to your health as well.

From my experience, from treating Marines and their family members, the USMC and the NAVY provide first class health care to all its members and with little or no cost.
