New policy allows for more maternity leave, but the DoD has not caught up yet, so currently limited to 10 days paternity leave.
It depends, If you are deployed then you will maybe get a week off to go see your kid being born or maybe not at all.
The guard is understanding when it comes to maternity stuff.
30 days of for ladies and can be extended from the doctor. Men can get 10 days off as well.
They honor any medical issues stated from a medical official, in conjunction with paid leave and or leave accrued.
The regulation with dr control the amount of time you are absent.
