The healthcare was 100% covered and that is a great stress off of your shoulders. I really enjoyed being able to get my bachelors degree while spending 0$ as well. It leaves you further ahead in life and definitely more knowledgeable
You can get pretty much any medical procedure done free of charge. The problems are you have to use military doctors and dentists. They are not always bad but there is a lot of variation in quality. It can also take a while to get in for nonemergency procedures.

Free uniforms, per diem for travel, housing and subsistence allowances when on Active duty orders.
